Making changes to your account information

The process of making changes to the information on your account is dependent on how your account was set up.

Google and Apple sign-up:

For users who signed up for ParagraphAI through the Google or Apple sign-up, account information changes are not currently possible.

Email:

For users who signed up with their email, you can update your account information on your mobile device or on Google Chrome

Mobile:

1. Open the ParagraphAI application
2. Navigate to the settings page
3. Click the "Manage" button
4. This will redirect you to the login page for the ParagraphAI web app, where you will be prompted to re-authenticate
5. Click the update button to make changes to your information

Chrome:

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Open the ParagraphAI extension
3. Click the profile icon at the bottom right
4. Select "My Subscription"
5. This will redirect you to the Stripe account page, where you can edit your information
