Error messages

If while using ParagraphAI, you experience persistent error messages or an unexpected loss of access to your ParagraphAI Pro benefits, please contact and a user support agent will be in contact with you.

Troubleshooting tips

Often, when troubleshooting error messages, we'll start with the following three steps. Try them out yourself first, and if you're still seeing error messages, send us a message.

  1. Ensure that you are using the latest version of ParagraphAI. You can check the Chrome Web Store, App Store, or Play Store to see if your app needs to be updated.
  2. Close and reopen the ParagraphAI app or your Chrome browser.
  3. Log out and then log back in using the same email and login method.
