Solution:
Generic sign-in issue, refresh and try again. Ensure you are signing in with the same information you provided on sign up.
Google sign-in failed
“Unknown Google Sign-in error”
Solution:
Google sign-in error. Verify Google account is active and connected to a ParagraphAI account.
Disabled account error
“Your account has been disabled, please contact us at help@paragraphai.com to restore your account.”
“The user account has been disabled by an administrator.”
Solution:
Attempt to sign in with a disabled account. Restore your account and log in again.
