Errors that occur when writing text.
Generic error
"Looks like something went wrong, please try refreshing or restarting the app. If this issue persists contact us at help@paragraphai.com."
Solution:
Generic error with ParagraphAI. Refresh or restart the app and try again.
Empty input
"Please enter some text and then tap Write"
Solution:
No input given. Add input in the input field.
Character limit exceeded
Free users: "You have exceeded the character limit of 1,000. Please reduce the number of characters and try again, or select part of the text to write with."
Pro users: "You have exceeded the character limit of 50,000. Please reduce the number of characters and try again, or select part of the text to write with."
Solution:
There are many characters in the input field, delete characters to reduce.
Regeneration error
"Hmm... something went wrong and we weren't able to generate this output. Click Regenerate to try again. This will not count as a use."
Solution:
Error generating a response. Select regenerate.
Network errors
"Network error", "Failed to fetch" (browser default messages)
Solution:
Check your internet connection.
Refresh the web app.
Disable VPNs/ad-blockers temporarily.
Troubleshoot your network.
